Shipping

Orders are processed within 7 working days, usually sooner. Orders are sent from Finland, using Finnish Posti service. Only standard shipping is available at this moment. Delivery time depends on destination, but usually takes less than a week to Finland, less than 2 weeks elsewhere in Europe, and up to 2-4 weeks to the US. The cost of shipping depends on the product, quantity of items, and shipping destination, and the price is calculated at checkout. Orders within European Union include VAT. Please note that if you are not within the EU, you may have to pay some additional fees upon delivery, such as local taxes and customs handling fees. Orders & Payments

The item(s) in your shopping cart are reserved for you after the purchase. At checkout, we will collect your billing and shipping information. All the information you provide is only used for order/payment processing purposes. After placing an order, you will get an email confirmation. We currently accept payment by credit card only. For payment processing, we use Stripe company’s service. More information at: https://stripe.com/en-fi/about. Our store is hosted by Squarespace which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. If you have a question about your order, please contact Luova Flow directly.

Products

Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website. These products may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display the look and feel of our products as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to have slight differences between products due to their handmade nature. You may not resell or reproduce any part of our designs, products, or services without Luova Flow’s written permission.
